At Staxly Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with AutoReady. We stand behind our service with a straightforward refund policy.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the AutoReady Pro service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

This guarantee applies to:

  • First-time purchases only
  • Monthly and annual subscriptions
  • Requests made within 7 days of the initial charge

After 7 Days

After the 7-day guarantee period, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the service until the end of your billing period.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your AutoReady account
  2. Go to Settings → Subscriptions
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation

What happens when you cancel:

  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain full access until your billing period ends
  • Your account will revert to the free tier (2 vehicles)
  • Your processed images will remain available for 30 days

Free Trial

AutoReady offers a free trial that allows you to process up to 2 vehicle listings at no cost. The free trial helps you evaluate our service before committing to a paid subscription. There is no charge for the free trial, and no refund is applicable.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee. After 7 days, if you choose to cancel an annual subscription, no partial refunds will be issued. You will continue to have access for the remainder of your annual term.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in the following cases:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or abuse of the service
  • Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period
  • Repeat refund requests (refund already granted on a previous purchase)

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all refund processing. Once your refund is approved, it will be processed by Paddle and typically takes 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method and bank.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day guarantee period:

  1. Email us at support@autoready.app
  2. Include your account email address
  3. State that you would like a refund
  4. Optionally, let us know how we can improve (we appreciate feedback!)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1-2 business days.
