1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AutoReady ("Service"), provided by Staxly Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using AutoReady, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Payment Processing
Important: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
3. Account Terms
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You must not transmit any malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
4. Service Description
AutoReady is a professional vehicle photo enhancement platform that uses automated image processing to enhance vehicle listing photos for car dealerships. The Service includes background replacement, image enhancement, and other photo editing features.
5. Fair Use Policy
The AutoReady Pro plan includes a soft limit of 75 vehicle listings per month to prevent abuse. We reserve the right to throttle or terminate accounts that exceed reasonable usage patterns typical of a standard car dealership. Excessive usage beyond fair use limits may result in additional charges or service restrictions.
6. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain all rights to the photos you upload to AutoReady. By uploading photos, you grant AutoReady a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store these images solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership rights over your original images.
Our Service
The AutoReady platform, including its design, software, and proprietary technology, is owned by Staxly Solutions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Service.
7. Subscription and Billing
- Free Trial: New users receive a free trial to process up to 2 vehicle listings at no cost.
- Billing Cycle: Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, as selected at checkout.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
- Price Changes: We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing cycle.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The image processing will lead to a sale of the vehicle
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Any defects in the Service will be corrected
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staxly Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
